Cultural Competition Rules
- Competition mode is online.
- Send recorded videos.
- Videos must be in 1 take.
- Videos must be unedited.
- Time limit is 3.0 mins.
- Other stage videos will not be accepted.
- Award ceremony details will be intimated later.
- Participation certificates can be downloaded from website.
- Jury decision is final one.
- Last date to send the video is 13th Dec 2025.
- In case your child has participated in multiple events, Please send separate videos.
- Please mention your child’s name, age in the video caption and send from the registered WhatsApp number. Payment Screenshot is mandatory.
- Please make sure that the video must be taken in one take & unedited.
- Please try not to prompt or guide your child during the video.
- Please try to shoot the video in a clear background (this will not impact the decision so nothing to worry!).
- The more clear the audio is, the better it is (this will not impact the decision so nothing to worry!).
- The result will be intimated to you on 18th Dec 2025.
- You can download the participation certificate after 18th Dec 2025. from the website.
- Award ceremony on 20 dec 2025. Venue: Townhall Cuttack.
Academic Competition Rules
- Competition mode will be online.
- Test will be conducted by App or Google form.
- Test dates: 14 & 15 Dec 2025. Timing will be after school hours.
- Competition will be live on google meet.
- The google meet link will be provided to you on WhatsApp well before the test.
- Participants should keep themselves muted and video must be switched on.
- Any kind of mal practice will lead to disqualification.
- No queries will be entertained during the test. Any queries from the participant side must be put up before the commencement of the test.
- The responses will be turned off once the time is over.
- All questions will be MCQ type & no (-ve) marking.
- Time limit will be 30 mnts.
- Questions will follow NCERT Books & syllabus.
- Since, this is the last quarter of the season, the level of the questions will be based on the current year. For example, if your child is studying in STD-III then the questions will be prepared of STD-III level.
- The result will be intimated to you on 18 Dec 2025.
- You can download the participation certificate after 18 Dec 2025 from the website.
